The name of our company is Social Endurance LLC, and we’re a company located in Colorado, in the United States, that provides endurance event participant data and data analytics to industry clients and we provide consulting services to charities and endurance event companies. Social Endurance LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the socialendurance.com website and the Social Endurance Mobile Site mobile application (the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service and when we aggregate public information.

Your Choices in What Information You Share
Social Endurance only collects the necessary data for processing a payment for services or products. We also collect public personally identifiable data to our clients through the sale of our Secondary Data Market Reports. We also use your information to provide you with updates regarding our products and services. Social Endurance does not collect additional data that is not required.
We do not require you to provide any personal data to browse our site or review our blog or visit our social media pages. Our process for collecting information begins when you provide your email address for our mailing list, create a log-in and account with us to access our services.
Compliance With Laws
We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Non-personally identifiable information includes general details about your device and connection (including the type of computer/mobile device, operating system, web-browser or other software, language preference, and hardware); general information from the app store or referring website; the date and time of visit or use; and, internet content provider information.

We collect your non-personally identifying information when you visit our site by through accessing Google Analytics, each time you access our website and app and use your non-personally identifiable information and behavior to analyze usage statistics, improve our services, provide quality assurance testing, and address service-related issues.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We will retain your Personally Identifiable Information for as long as you use our services, or until you request in writing that we delete or otherwise remove your Personally Identifiable Information. You make request that we delete and remove your Personally Identifiable Information at any time by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a confirmation that your Personally Identifiable Information has been deleted within 72 hours.
We will retain Non-Personally Identifiable Information as part of our historical analysis of how our services are used, until such data no longer provides any historical use.

Social Endurance LLC makes reasonable and commercially feasible efforts to keep your information safe. Do Not Track Signals
Some technologies, such as web browsers or mobile devices, provide a setting that when turned on sends a Do Not Track (DNT) signal when browsing a website or app. There is currently no common standard for responding to DNT Signals or even in the DNT signal itself. We currently do not have any technology implemented to process DNT Signals.
Compliance with Regulators
You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority of your home country, where available, relating to the processing of any personal data you feel may have violated local regulations.
Waiver of Liability for Third Party Use
In the limited situations, as above, where we would share your information with third parties, we limit our interactions to third parties which we have confidence will not misuse your information.
